Q. I don’t think my Wholesale Account is working. My wholesale prices are not showing up. 

  • Your wholesale prices should show up in the shopping cart, not on the product pages. You will get your full wholesale discount when you meet the minimum order. ($200 retail)

Q. My password is not working, do I have a new password?

  • Yes, click on Forgot Password to set your new password. (Hint: try Ribbit17)

Q. Can I register for a wholesale account?

Q: Is my payment secure?

  • Yes. Or credit card processor has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Q: Do I have to use my credit card to order online.

A: No, we have several payment option.

  • Google Wallet – We can send you a money request using Google Wallet.
  • Facebook Payment
  • Cash on Delivery – UPS charges $12.50 a box for COD. We don’t recommend using this option.
  • Prepay – We can arrange payment offline over the phone.
  • Net 30 – Preapproved Net 30 customers can use this option.
  • PayPal – Use your PayPal account.
  • Credit Card – and then of course you can use your credit card also.

Q: Can you personalize frames?

  • Yes. We have several options for personalizing.
  • Personalize –  Personalize Page allows you to add a custom text to your frames.
  • Personalize a Frame –  You can add text to other frames that aren’t  on the Custom Page, by using the Personalize a Frame. Add the frame you want to personalize to your cart, and then add Personalize a Frame to your order and enter your text and notes there.

Q: Can I choose any color for any frame?

  • No, all of the frames are as pictured.

Q: What are the shipping times?

  • Usually 2 – 3 days after the order has shipped.

Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

  • No, not without special arrangements.
